Stay enquiries

We collect the name, email address, phone number, stay dates, guest counts, children’s ages, message, and optional referral source and friend’s name you submit to respond to your enquiry and plan your stay. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Enquiries are stored privately in the website’s hosted database. Authorised hosts can access them. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent to the host team through Gmail. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Google account connection

Only an authorised host connects the business Gmail account. We use the account’s verified email address to confirm its identity and Gmail send permission to send stay-enquiry notifications. We do not request permission to read the mailbox. Connection tokens are encrypted before storage and used on the server; they are not shown to guests.

Google account data and access are used only for this email feature. They are not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and service providers

Sites hosting and database services process stored enquiries, and Google processes outgoing email. Information remains available while needed to respond to enquiries and manage related stays. Contact us to request deletion; delivered email copies may also need to be deleted by the receiving hosts.

Your choices

We do not collect payments, identity documents, children’s names or birthdates through this form. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message. The connected account owner can revoke access through their Google Account permissions.

Visitor logs

We record the IP address supplied by our hosting service, browser user-agent, approximate city and country when provided by our hosting service, public page visited and visit time to understand website use and investigate technical issues. These logs are available only through the password-protected host dashboard and are kept for up to 30 days. We record one visit to each public page per browser tab; we do not use these logs for marketing profiles. When a host requests missing locations, IP addresses are sent to ipapi.is for approximate city and country lookup. No guest contact information is sent to that service. IP addresses can be shared or obscured by networks and do not reliably identify a person.

Browser preferences and external links

Your colour preference is stored in your browser. Google Maps and social links follow their respective privacy practices.
