Stay options

The Serene is a spacious bungalow with self-contained rooms and attached bathrooms, accommodating 10+6 guests in total. Listed rates cover a group of up to eight guests; additional guests cost extra. The hosts confirm sleeping arrangements and the final quotation. Rates are ₹9,000 for a weekday night, ₹11,000 for a weekend night and ₹5,000 for a weekday partial-day stay. Meals cost extra. Confirm applicable dates and inclusions with the hosts.

Overnight check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. Partial-day stays run from 10 am to 7 pm. Any requested changes require host agreement.

Payments and cancellations

A non-refundable 50% advance is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due seven days before arrival. A ₹1,000 refundable deposit applies. Confirm payment arrangements and deposit-return details directly with the hosts; the website does not collect payments.

The advance is non-refundable. Discuss any date change or cancellation with the hosts before assuming it has been accepted.
